Klubersynth BHP 72-102 is a long term synthetic grease with a formula based on ester oil and ester perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE). Its outstanding features are maintained at high permanent temperatures and good corrosion protection as well as water resistance - another contribution to longer bearing life and higher thermal stability compared to conventional lubricants. High permanent temperatures of up to 200°C are performed on the component test bench during tests.
The Klubersynth BHP 72-102 offers a very good long service life.
Apply
Klubersynth BHP 72-102 is a new high temperature lubricant developed for life to lubricated parts with heavy friction points located near automotive engines and thus exposed to alternating temperatures from 40°C to + 200°C, such as coupling bearings, belt tensioner, radiator fans and related applications in a viscous state. In addition, the Klubersynth BHP 72-102 is used to release automotive bearings using other forms of drive such as hybrid engines. The Klubersynth BHP 72-102 is based on new hybrid vehicle grease technology that extends operating time as well as reduces the cost of grease consumption with conventional lubricants.
