Klübersynth UH1 14-151 was developed specifically for the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
Klübersynth UH1 14-151 shows good anti-wear properties, water resistance and corrosion protection as well as high aging and oxidation stability. Klübersynth UH1 14-151 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR §178.3570. This lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food processing, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The reliability of your production processes can be increased with Klübersynth UH1 14-151. However, we recommend conducting additional risk analysis such as: HACCP.
application
Machines and equipment used in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries, especially for lubrication points where contact with food may be accidental and technically unavoidable. However, we recommend the use of Klübersynth UH1 14-151 at all lubrication points to avoid problems due to lubricant contamination. This special grease lubricates rolling and sliding bearings, lifting cylinders, joints, guide rods, cams, etc.
Application Note
Klübersynth UH1 14-151 is applied by brush, scraper, grease gun and grease box or by centralized lubrication system. Before replacing other greases with Klübersynth UH114-151, the bearings must be cleaned and lubricated. If the grease is miscible, the grease can be replaced by relubrication.
