Screw is an important part of injection molding machine. Its role is to transport, compress, melt, mix and apply pressure to the plastic. All of this is done by rotating the screws in the cylinder. When the screw rotates, the plastic will create friction and mutual movement between the inner wall of the cylinder, the bottom of the screw groove, the advance surface of the screw edge and the plastic.
Barrel screw is an important part of injection molding machine. Its function is to transport, compact, melt, stir and pressurize plastics. In the extrusion system, the cylinder is an important part of the extruder. Spiral grooves: cylindrical or conical screws with spiral grooves on the outer surface of the screw have different head types, including hexagon screws and other screws, such as large flat head screws, hex screws, etc. Barrel screws are made of metal, have high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and are relatively simple compared to the structure. In large extruders, the structure of the barrel can be composed of several parts. 7. Chromium plating thickness: 0.02mm (optional, standard without plating).
