Description: PARALIQGA 3400 is a food grade paraffin based mineral based grease petroleum and aluminum complex soap.
This complies with the German food regulations (LMBG, No. 5/131/1) and complies with the requirements set forth in the US Guidelines Sec 21 CFR §178.3570 US FDA Regulation. Registered as PARALIQGA 3400 USDA H1 and Vivid, proposed H1 Registered with NSF. PARALIQGA 3400 has been designed for use in enclosed gears in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. It provides good protection against corrosion and wear.
Has a soft consistency.
Application: GA is used with PARALIQGA 3400 in machines and devices for food processing and pharmaceuticals. It is particularly suitable for industries where accidental contact with food cannot be excluded. The grease has been designed to be a dip feed lubrication for worm gears, a smooth and soft lubricant for chains and running gears.
Application Note: Apply PARALIQGA 3400 with a brush or grease gun and therefore, suitable for single line lubrication systems. Before applying PARALIQGA 3400 lubrication points should be cleaned to ensure maximum hygienic conditions.
Low Shelf Life: The low shelf life is approximately 24 months if the product is stored in a dry, frost-free place in its original unopened container.
