Kluber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 is a compound soap based thickener based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil and barium based grease for rolling and plain bearings.
Kluber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 grease provides good load carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and environment unlike other SOAP-based thickeners. Both products demonstrate good corrosion protection as well as oxidation and aging stability. Barium complex soap is ELINCS registered and approved by GASG).
The KKluber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 can be used in a wide service temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. It is suitable for applications with temperatures ranging from -50 °C to 120 °C and short peak temperatures up to 150°C, for example, closed gears.
Product Application: Kluber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 is a multi-purpose grease suitable for many high speed and load rolling bearings and plain bearings, also low temperature, precision gear tooth bevel gear milling, mechanical, electromechanical valve actuators, electrical contact elements to reduce insertion forces.
