Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 is a synthetic high temperature grease. Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 is a rolling bearing grease with particularly low noise levels due to careful selection of product components for clean production environments.
The excellent performance characteristics of Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 are due to high-quality ester oil, a new polyurea thickener and specialty additives. It combines high-temperature with purity.
Application: In a wide variety of ball bearings operating under thermal stress, Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 I is used as a long-term or lifetime lubricant. Such applications include: ball bearings in electric motors, fans, air conditioners, generators and seat belt pretensioners for automobiles, power tools as well as household appliances and office equipment.
Application Note: Lubricant Application Methods A wedge, brush, grease gun or grease cartridge. We recommend removing the preservative completely and then using grease. Preservatives used should be checked for purity chemical compatibility Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 and we can recommend suitable preservative requirements.
Shelf Life: The low shelf life is approximately 12 months if the product is stored in a closed original container in a dry place.
