Product Introduction
1. PLC control and assembly production of imported electrical parts.
2. Each tin paste placement slot has independent time control, and the solder paste can be set up automatically. The solder paste will sink automatically when the time is setting, and the solder paste will pop up automatically after finishing the return temperature.
3. In the case of power failure, if the setting time is not reached, the solder bottle will pop up automatically, to avoid the mixing and taking the wrong situation.
4. Different specifications of paste cans can be used on the same equipment.
5. Can temperature back 4cans solder in one time, each is 500g.
Installation
1. Please place the machine on a stable desktop or on the ground to avoid shaking the machine.
2. Please check the user voltage specification of the machine (AC220V), be in line with the voltage specification of the city, and connect the 220V power.
3. Please confirm whether there is any foreign material in the sink and avoid unnecessary trouble.
Operation step
1. After debugging, start the power.
2. Place the solder paste in the groove.
3. Please turn back the temperature of the solder paste to the corresponding power supply and wait for the return temperature.
4. Adjust the time on the panel for better return time.
5. Attach the power switch, the tin paste can sink automatically. The machine began to warm up until it was finished.
6. After use, turn off the power switch.
